Phone Review: Nokia E90

A quick look at any mall kiosk should be enough to send home the point that any cell phone a person can imagine probably exists somewhere. However, sometimes it seems as though some phones (especially smart phones) are all imagination and little practicality. All too often customers are either shown a PDA with the size and style of a brick, or a flashy phone designed to be operated by a fifteen year old. The quest for a perfect smart phone is definitely one that seems impossible sometimes. Luckily, though, the solution has been found, and that solution is the Nokia E90, a smart phone designed to be capable in business applications, but also have a little fun at the same time.

Everything about the Nokia E90 screams class and style, but also delivers a very professional and polished look. The phone is clean both inside and out, and everything seems to have been put exactly where it needed to be. Although when closed the phone design may seem a bit small for the body size, it is primarily done to accommodate the full QWERTY keyboard that lies hidden when the phone is flipped open. When open, the phone has a very impressive four inch span, and the exterior screen still clocks in with a respectable two inches. However, some may not like the overall size of the E90, which is slightly wide and fairly heavy. However, when compared to other phones on the market, and especially some PDA's, the E90 is fairly tiny, and it is not unreasonable to carry the phone around with you. However, the weight is a tad bit surprising for a phone that is on the compact side. Still though, for those interested in function and power, the E90 is one of the best phones on the market, and it is still very unlikely that one will be disappointed with the look of the E90, it is stylish yet stills speaks of a professional design and intent.
