The Mirador Mansion & it's Youth Hostels are a safe and secure, albeit interesting, place to stay and this is from a woman who traveled to Hong Kong alone and spent 3 nights in 2 Youth Hostels in the Mirador Mansion.. Whomever is online writing that the Mirador Mansion is "sketchy", is an inexperienced traveler probably from a small town in Canada, or they are simply referring to the elevator situation, which quite frankly takes forever and set off my claustrophobic anxiety.
