The ancient art of interpreting tea "leavings" in your cup of tea is fascinating and may have actual substance, as we are now discovering that our thoughts and words, if significantly focused, may lead to manifestation. We are becoming aware that we are co-creators of our own reality.

The term is derived from the French word tasse (cup), which in turn derives from the Arabic tassa (cup), and is combined with Greek suffixes -graph, -logy, and -mancy (divination). Tasseomancy, tasseology, and tasseography are all terms used to label this art.

Awareness is a component-power of almost any "fortune-telling" craft. When a person truly believes something is going to happen, and that belief has surfaced via a mystical mechanism such as Tasseography, the thoughts and power of intention actually affect the person's life-frequency, and can become substantive. "The Power of Intention" and "The Law of Attraction" has been sited in works that span our creation-life. For example, Proverbs 23:7 says "As a man thinketh in his heart so is he." Marty Thompson once said, "We have it backwards, most of us... It's not "seeing is believing, but rather "BELIEVE it and you will SEE it!" She also explained that we are not human beings having a spiritual experience, but rather SPIRITUAL beings having a HUMAN experience".

Bottom Line: If your tea leaves bring you good news, let your thoughts and emotions reflect that in a focused, powerful way - enjoy the possibilities.

Getting started:

Choose a special tea cup, (I prefer one that is large enough to hold all of my good fortune); one that reflects your persona or appeals to you aesthetically. This special choosing "tells" the universe that you are believing in every detail of this activity. It reflects "thought - fullness", which in turn churns more energy into the outcome, the tea-reading.

I loved the article. I tried reading tea leaves before, but it never worked before, I think I will try again!
