I am lovesick romantic who gets dreamy eyed and goosebumpy over well made Romance. I don't mind some action and drama and laugh but give me a good cry and a charismatic true Movie Star on the screen and a glass of wine and boy, are you going to get lucky!

Yes that comment was a straight hint to my Husband and he by now has figured this out quite well but here is some flicks he (and you!) might want to include for that perfect evening to snuggle on the couch with special someone..

10. DANCES WITH WOLVES (1990)

Kevin Costner really turns it on in this movie. What is it on the men in the uniforms! So Kevin plays a killing role as a Lt. John Dumbar, his eyes are a straight match for the bonfires in the Indians teepee country. Talk electrifying! Mix to the soup a pretty white girl who was raised by the Indians (Mary McDonnell) and show some wolves and you will not only get 7 Oscars but every living women to skip a few heartbeats!

9. GHOST (1990)

Okay I admit that the storyline is little out there with Patrick Swayze killed in the beginning but you get Demi Moore's incredible performance as a lovesick widow and then is there any guy who looks better than Swayze without his shirt! Total grown up version of Dirty Dancing, don't forget to stack up the Kleenex. I never knew making pottery was so sexy before watching this movie! It got nodded by 2 Oscars.

8. PRETTY WOMAN (1990)

Either 1990 was a great year for romance or was it me being 19 that year.. But one must admit that Richard Gere is about as sexy as a man can be! He plays a businessman who ends up hiring a prostitute for social events. Julia Roberts makes one hot baby and seeing her in a bathtub might just get any guy acting little romantic! Need I say more.. Got one Oscar nomination.

7. URBAN COWBOY(1980)

John Travolta in a cowboy hat and tight jeans and called Bud.. Enough romance for me! Debra Winger looks also like one of the Charlie's Angels as Sissy so who cares if the script is not the most original. Plenty action on those mechanic bulls. No nods from the Academy, big nod from me.

6. LEGENDS OF THE FALL (1994)
