You want to become wealthy, or at least have enough money to really enjoy life, but you don't know the first thing about controlling your finances. As surprising as it may seem, your attitude has a great deal to do with your financial situation. Embracing a wealthy attitude will help attract money to you.
Positive thoughts and positive self-image are important when getting your body in shape, or making other healthy changes. To have a healthy financial life, you need to embrace the same self-image as you would to meet your fitness goals, but on a different scale.

Without fitness goals we remain stagnant and never achieve the health or body we desire. Without clear financial goals we won’t obtain the financial health that we desire either.

To see “The Big Picture” you need to have a prosperity attitude. If you are trying to build a large nest egg, a positive self-image is just as important as your financial goals. Totally true! I noticed after a two month job search that the job that hired me was the job where I decided it didn't matter if I was going to get the job -- that I was going to spend my last $20 on some nice food and a good table cloth and enjoy the morning. I came into the interview with a pleasant attitude, regardless of being pinned in desperate financial straits. Because of this, they overlooked some issues with my job history and gave me a chance.
