Do Soul Mates Really Exist?

I think it would be safe to say that just about everyone wants to be in love at some point in his or her life with someone special. I think it would also be safe to say that people desire that that special someone is designed just for them personally. Well this is why the idea of having a soul mate is believed by so many, but can it really be possible. Can there be just one special person in the world that is designed just for one other special person? Is it really possible to have a soul mate in this world?

Many have become joined with another person whom they believe is truly their soul mates. The common ground, likenesses and similarities between them are so strong that they are tremendously drawn to one another. As a result, the passion between them and the deep love in their hearts for one another is so strong that they can't even resist each other even if they so ardently tried to. Because of these happenings and the fact that it seems to be unavoidable, the couple or person begin to believe and detect that the person whom they can't seem to get out of his or her heart is obviously his or her soul mate.

Some might call it a wicked soul tie and say that the person is somehow bewitched and probably needs to find a way to break free from this person whom they feel that they cannot escape from. Some might call it this because of the immense strong attraction between the two which can appear rather like an obsession. However, when a person is truly in love, it can also be like a form of obsession with the one he or she loves in a sense because the love and passion is so very powerful.
