At a Sandals Resort your Wedding is complimentary when you stay 6 nights or longer in a concierge room. This makes it worth it as they will waive the government fee which can range from $200 to $500 dollars depending upon your island of choice. This has changed a bit over the years. It use to be a $50 deposit to hold your wedding date. They require in Jamaica that you been on the island for 48 hours before you say "I Do".

Well everyone staying at a Sandals resort can get the complimentary Weddingmoon but if you stay in the Concierge suite the government fee is included in your free package. Other items included is a personal wedding consultant, who will meet with you to plan your dream wedding once you arrive at the resort. You will be able to choose the location of your wedding on the resort. Locations are gazebos, gardens and the beach of course. The resort will also take care of the preparation of documents, wedding license, and the marriage officiant. You will receive a certified copy of your marriage license. The package includes a 5x7 wedding photograph taken by a professional photographer, bouquet and boutonnière and "Just Married" t-shirts.

Not only does Sandals provide this complimentary wedding but they will also throw you a wedding reception you and 2 guests. This reception includes Champagne and hors d'oeuvres and wedding cake. They also have a honeymoon dinner for the bride and groom and the wedding we attended at Sandals Royal Caribbean they were able to invite their best man and maid of honor too. There will be a breakfast in bed for the newlyweds the morning after the wedding. Additional options can also be purchased like video taping of your wedding and additional photographs.
