Small Change in Interest Rates Has Huge Effect

Tony and Tina had sold their home and moved to a new state, looking forward to beginning a new life together in Kentucky. They settled in the little town of London centrally located between many major area's of interest.

When Tony and Tina started looking for their perfect new home, they couldn't agree on anything, if Tony liked it, there was something that Tina didn't like and if Tina liked it, it was usually too much money. After months of looking and almost giving up on the idea of owning their own home again Tony happen to see a "For Sale by Owner" sign on a home near his job. That night he picked up Tina from work and took her for a drive to look at the home hoping that she would like the home as much as he did.

They pulled up to the home and Tina didn't think too much either way, the one thing that they never could agree on was Tony wanted way out in the middle of nowhere and Tina wanted to live closer to town and civilization but this seemed like a good compromise because it was in the country like Tony wanted but only four miles out from town which was close enough that Tina didn't feel isolated. The area was very pretty and Tina agreed to calling the owner and taking a look inside the home.

The next day after work they drove back out to the house to meet the owner and take a look at the inside of the home and talk about the amount of property that went along with the home, the sale notice included a half acre of land with the home and they really wanted a full acre. When they walked into the home, Tina was in shock, it was like walking into another world. All of the homes that they had looked at needed some work and weren't exactly what she would call clean but this home was beautiful, it looked like it was brand new just off the showroom floor. All of the windows and doors worked and closed properly all the cabinets were level and not even one spec of dust in the entire home. After talking to the owner he told them that he would consider selling them a full acre with the home, and Tony and Tina gave him a check to hold the home for them that night.
