Do you have stress in your life? People handle stress loads differently, but it can no longer be said that it is only because of the person themselves, it could be that they are better prepared to handle their load, because they know where it comes from.This a very big key, as some people that are victims of stress may not even recognize it as stress, they may think that there physical health or mental well being issues are because of an entirely different reason, so the recognition of actual and stress and its sources can be the single most important part of dealing with it.
Stress levels can also be their own catalyst to health issues, or they may become the result of an issue in your life as well, for instance....
The environment that surrounds you can contribute heavily to a personal stress level and be hard to recognize or deal with at first. Where you live is a great example. You always hear about problems between neighbors, and we had some with new neighbors before getting to know them that made it very uncomfortable or "stressful" to even be out in the yard at the same time. Noisy apartment buildings or neighborhoods that are not considered safe are also examples of environment-induced stress. Also don't forget to consider the work environment when it comes to stress levels.
Virtually all relationships provide for the opportunity of heightened stress levels at some point. Spouses that constantly argue over issues within their homes or families may have significantly higher levels of stress. Loneliness and not having any relationships can be stressful, an unfulfilling marriage and even teenagers dealing with the challenges of their move toward adulthood face unique circumstances that cause stress. How about co-workers? This unique level and source of stress can be something that cause you to "take the job home with you" virtually every night.
