For the past 18 months I have frequented a forum to participate in debates on politics and religion. It was an environment that fostered freedom of speech where you could go and learn about the world. Another member posted a thread about the Armenian genocide and that is when the DDOS attack started. Some Turk got on the forum that was obviously upset, and stated that the Armenian genocide was a lie. If that was the only act, I would have respected his freedom of speech and perhaps even listened to what he had to say. But no, they started a full-fledged DDOS attack on our forum and it was down for most of a week. The fact that they are cyber terrorists and are trying so desperately to bury this information, makes me believe all the information on the Armenian genocide is true. The owner of this forum was affected financially and he has forbidden any more threads discussing the Armenian genocide (or any that disagree with Islam as well). The only thread left now regarding the genocide, is the one the Turks created to tell us it was a lie. Disgusted, I have quit the forum today along with several others. I send my good wishes to the Armenian people, and I am so sorry your recognition has been delayed because it is so hard for world leaders and even web masters to take a stand. When posting on the Internet, there will always be people who would like to extinguish your freedom of speech.
