When it comes to manufacturer coupons there are many different places to find them. They are in most Sunday newspapers. These are called insert coupons and there are usually 1-3 inserts every Sunday. Another place to find them is in grocery stores. There are Smart Source machines in many stores that are affixed to the shelf in front of the product they are advertising. They have a blinking red light and are known as blinkies. There are also coupons that are attached to the product themselves. These coupons are known as peelies since they are peeled off of the product to redeem them. These coupons range in value anywhere from .25 to several dollars.
Store coupons are coupons that are sponsored by the stores themselves. They can usually be found in weekly ads and in-store. Some store coupons are good for individual products and some are for a specific amount off of the total grocery bill when you spend a certain amount. An example of this would be $5.00 off your total when you spend $50.00. Most store coupons can be used in conjunction with manufacturer coupons. When used together manufacturer and store coupons can provide a substantial savings.
