The Holy Bible and Scientific Facts

So many people doubt the Bible for different reasons. One of them is because of the discovery of Dinosaur fossils. Did you know that the Bible does mention Dinosaurs? In fact the Bible mentions dinosaurs in great detail and one of them in particular, by name!

Job 40: 1-34 Behold now behemoth, which I made with thee; he eateth grass as an ox. Lo now, his strength is in his loins, and his force is in the navel of hisiron. He is the belly. He moveth his tail like a cedar: the sinews of his stones are wrapped together. His bones are as strong pieces of brass; his bones are like bars of chief of the ways of God: he that made him can make his sword to approach unto him. Surely the mountains bring him forth food, where all the beasts of the field play. He lieth under the shady trees, in the covert of the reed, and fens. The shady trees cover him with their shadow; the willows of the brook compass him about. Behold, he drinketh up a river, and hasteth not: he trusteth that he can draw up Jordan into his mouth. He taketh it with his eyes: his nose pierceth through snares.

Scientists had limited choices to nonextinct species and believed that "Behemoth" to be a Hippo. Even in my own personal KJV Bible the footnotes suggests that "Behemoth" is a "Hippo" .

I am here to say that there is no way possible that "Behemoth" could ever have been a "Hippo". Look at Job 40:17 "He moveth his tail like a cedar". A hippo has a short tail more like a pig but a Behemoth had a large tail shaped like a cedar tree (Large and tapered). It only makes sense that a better choice to describe "Behemoth" is a Brachiosaurus type of land dwelling dinosaurs. It fits the description perfect.

The word "Dragon" is mentioned in the Bible so many times. In fact, "Dragon" was mentioned 21 times in the Old Testament alone. I believe that Dragon is the same thing as Dinosaur.

The word "Dinosaur" was not invented until the 1800's the KJV Bible was translated into English in 1611.

Maybe, you didn't know that the Bible even speaks of the Earth being round. From the earliest of time, great scientific minds, in all reality thought the Earth to be flat. The true knowledge was right there before our eyes in the Bible.
