The Emerilware Stainless Steel 7-Piece Cookware Set is my favorite set of pots and pans. Investing in the Emerilware Stainless Steel 7-Piece Cookware Set took a little time and convincing, but once I made the decision that it was time for some quality pots and pans I realize it was well worth the investment. I truly believe I will keep my Emerilware Stainless Steel 7-Piece Cookware set for the rest of my life. They are made of heavy gauge 18/10 stainless steel and have a professional strength copper and aluminum center that provides the weight you need for even cooking. The heavy copper and aluminum in the Emerilware Stainless Steel 7-Piece Cookware Set hold heat longer and protect the pot from heat damage that many cheaper pots and pans suffer from. No need to worry about burning your béchamel sauce to the bottom of your pan with the Emerilware Stainless Steel 7-Piece Cookware Set.

A useful feature of the Emerilware Stainless Steel 7-Piece Cookware Set is the tempered glass lids that each pot comes with. They allow you to see inside while your food is cooking. They are dishwasher safe just like the pots and pans. The instruction book calls the lids self-basting, but honestly almost any lid is self-basting really. They keep in moisture and prevent it from evaporating out of the food you are cooking.

My favorite feature of the Emerilware Stainless Steel 7-Piece Cookware Set is the flared lips on the pots and pans. The flared lips prevents drips when you are pouring out sauces, soups, gravies, and well almost anything you need to pour out of them. I am a notoriously messy cooker. My kitchen needs a thorough cleaning after almost every meal. The flared lips on the Emerilware Stainless Steel 7-Piece Cookware Set has save many a mess from appearing on my stovetop. Best of all it has kept all the usually drips and leaks that make their way into the burners. It is terrible to have to clean cooked on sauces and food that have hardened onto your burners while they were hot.

Takeaways
  • They are made of heavy gauge 18/10 stainless steel.
  • The heavy copper and aluminum hold heat longer and protect the pot from heat damage.
