Ghost for Sale

Real Estate sales gave me great opportunity to tour many of the old Buck County Pennsylvania homes, many dating to the1800's. Needless to say they had plenty of history behind them, some even dating back to the Civil War period. Added to the experience as the joy of feeling the energy within each building and the outer grounds. Some were good, others OK, and a few were laced with heavy negativity. Most fortunately my company broker, my boss, was also metaphysical and we often worked together to improve the sales possibilities by lifting and removing the energy which made the property uninviting. It made
our job even more interesting learning history of the area through this often unrecorded information. To understand this one must realize all is energy of a unified field, even thought. Good, happy, loving thought is like being in a room of laughing children and sad, unpleasant or malefic energy hangs heavy like walking into a room filled with tension and angry feelings. So often it is the energy that keeps a property form selling, because even if unaware of it people do feel energy of their surroundings.
