First and foremost we have Fairchild Tropical Garden's Halloween Bash located at 10901 Old Cutler Road, in the Gables and begins Saturday, October 27, 2007
from 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM. This bash will bring a night of horrifying screams, wicked brews, excellent foods, costume contests, and a live DJ all through the four hours it is open. This is one Halloween Bash you do not want to miss out on since all proceeds from the $100 tickets go to the Fairchild's Education and Conservation programs.
Next we have Spooky Adventures located at the Gold Coast Railroad Museum at 12450 S.W. 152 Street in Miami. The scare begins October 27-28th from 5:30 to 9:00pm. This haunted ride geared for people of any age has you riding the train through the ever so spooky forest. Once finished with the train ride, children will be able to make scary crafts and hear terrifying ghost and ghoul stories. Food and drinks are available. Prices to the Spooky Adventures is $5.00 for children 2 and under, and $8.00 for children over 2 as well as adults.
Metro Zoo Boo at the Zoo located at 12400 SW 152 Street in Miami will start scaring children of all ages October 27-28th, from 11:00 - 4:00 pm. Children will be able to dress up and trick or treat throughout the zoo Saturday and Sunday. Costume contests and Halloween crafts will be part of the Boo at the Zoo. Enjoy the zoo on these spooky days and watch as all the ghouls, ghosts, vampires, and other spooktacular goblins come out to play. Price to attend the Metro Boo will be $13.95 adults, and $9.95 for children 3-12. Prices include admission to the zoo as well.
