Is This the End of the Lightning Shaped Scar Boy or Not?

The book begins at Malfoy Manor, the home of Lucius and Narcissa Malfoy and their son, Draco. The home is being used by Lord Voldemort and his supporters, The Death Eaters. Two figures appear and enter the home, both claiming to have good news for the Dark Lord. Upon entering they find a person being suspended in the air by magic while all below, except Draco Malfoy, do not look at. Voldemort calls Severus Snape to his right side and commands the other Death Eater to take his seat. Snape reports that he has the date that the Order of the Phoenix plans on moving Harry Potter. The other Death Eater claims that this is not the correct date but that he has from a Ministry Official the actual date. Snape corrects him that the date given to the Ministry is a ploy to distract them since the Order believes that Voldemort's supporters have infiltrated the Ministry. The other Death Eater does tell Voldemort that he has managed to put a spell on the second in command at the Ministry and soon the whole Ministry of Magic will be under the control of Lord Voldemort. Since Voldemort knows that his wand and Harry's cannot do battle, he commands Lucius Malfoy to give him his wand. Malfoy does as he commands and Voldemort uses it to kill the woman being held in the air, a former teacher at Hogwarts who taught Muggle studies and who wrote a piece for The Daily Prophet claiming that Muggles and Wizards should live in harmony and even marry, he also tells Narcissa Malfoy and her sister, Bellatrix Lestrange, about the wedding of their niece, Nymphadora Tonks, to the werewolf Remus Lupin and how they should deal with this matter.
