Here's a nice activity that you can do with your child, friends or family. You can create spider web decorations. For this you will need to purchase some black construction paper, some Elmer's blue and a lot of glitter in different colors. You will also need a pair of scissors to trim up the paper. This will work great for decorating cards, making decorations and decorating your child's bag that he or she will collect candy inside of. This is very simple do make and very cheap as well. You will want to purchase a lot of black construction paper. You will want to cut the sheets of paper into squares that are about 8 inches wide by 8 inches tall. Then you will want to grab your Elmer's glue. You will want to form spider webs out of the glue. You will probably want to make the spider web out of U shapes. You can create the spiderweb designs on each sheet of black construction paper. Before the glue dries on each sheet of paper you will want to use the glitter and sprinkle the glitter into the glue.
You can use orange and silver glitter to decorate the spider webs. You can choose any type of glitter that you want or you can purchase and use many different colors of glitter. The choice is completely up to you. You will then want to set the design aside and create the next spider web design on the black construction paper. You can also use orange paper and use black and silver glitter as well. You have many different options with this craft.
You can then cut the paper to fit onto other things such as greeting cards. You can use this to decorate all different items in your house. You can glue all of the spiderwebs to a long string of yard and create a spiderweb decoration that hangs. You can cut a hole in the paper and hang up each spiderweb from areas of the house. This is fun to do and it's not very expensive. You will probably end up with a lot of glitter all over your home, but it's nothing that cannot be vacuumed up. Have fun and create some spider web decorations. It will not cost you more than $8 to make this decoration. This is a fun one to do with children's and family members. You can place these on trick or treat bags or make magnets out of them for your fridge.
