The Herbal Salt Scrub is a cheap alternative to the costly and luxurious spa treatment meant for exfoliating the dead cells from the body. Since you are spending only $12, restrict the expectations revolving around the scrub and do not imagine it to be as soothing as the professional spa healing. But this is something that any one can do without any specified skills and moreover the scrub can be used everyday. This is completely natural oil with all herbal ingredients and hence it benefits the skin. Every time I take the bottle it makes me happy to read the ingredients, as the label clearly indicates that there is no artificial element. The element that goes in to this specially formulated oil is a time tested and purely herbal. Since it does not contain any synthetic component it does not cause any allergies and is not known to cause any irritation to even the sensitive skin. However to be on safer side I do not use it on face and neck.
This facilitates in scrubbing of the dirt and cleanses the skin externally better than other scrubbing creams. Unlike pumice stone, this is not harsh on skin and does the work gently. I guess it is the Sea salt with its special therapeutic properties that makes the Herbal Sea Scrub effective. The Almond oil goes deep into the skin and purifies the skin and refreshes the pores. This is enriched with Vitamin E and adds glow to the skin. The Apricot kernel oil and the Avocado oil facilitate in improving the skin quality and maintain the moisture without drying them. The unique blend of herbal leaves Basil, Gingko and Sage revitalizes the skin and gives a toned look.
I like the aroma that soothes and calms the mind while applying it. To make it more invigorating and intoxicating I add my own combination of special aromatic oils and have a lavish bath by weekends. I take time and softly massage the oil on damp skin and leave it for seven minutes before washing it down with Luke warm water. The oil also treats the itchiness and irritation caused by dry skin. The granular particles do not hit the skin hard.
