Purchases made at other locations across the globe, including those made at Toysrus.com, Babiesrus.com, and Amazon.com, will deliver 1% in rebate rewards to the cardholder's account.

This card features a great introductory APR rate of 0% for balance transfers and purchases and boasts no annual fee. After the six-month introductory period, APRs may fall into one of three levels: 11.99%, 15.99% or 20.99%. APRs involved with cash advances and cash advance checks carry 21.99% or 23.99% APR. As long as consumers are responsible with paying their bills on time, the 29.99% default APR should not be a cause for concern.

This card sounds great, but is it too good to be true? As long as cardholders exhibit responsible behavior, they should find little trouble with unfavorable charges and terms. Additional fees consumers may incur include late fees of $15 for balances up to but not including $250 and $39 for balances of $250 or greater, as well as those involving the default APR on monthly statements. For cardholders who overspend above and beyond their line of credit, a $35 fee should be expected. Responsible spending and bill paying will prevent most, if not all, of these charges.
