Do You Remember?

Do you remember when we would fall asleep together on the phone?
I do, i remember so clearly, everything you would say to me,

I loved you then as i do now, i couldnt begin to tell you how hard life has been alone, I needed you so many times when i couldnt call on you. but that was always my fault.

I wish we still talked, i wonder if well ever speak again?
I wonder if ill ever get to touch you again, or if ill ever be able to tell you, how much i have missed you.

Do you remember when you told me to never say goodbye, cause goodbye meant forever? I remember, and i remember everything we talked about, the first day we ever spoke.

Do you remember when you always told me you couldnt love anyone, you were to afraid of being hurt, and then i hurt you.
i was so dumb.

i cant believe i ever let you go, i cant believe i hurt you like i did, i missed you after that, did you know?

do you remember the night before i went to last chance summer dance, and i talked to you and told you i had to go to bed early so i could get up in the morning, I remember, because we never got off the phone with eachother, we fell asleep together on the phone and i woke up to you breathing in my ear, i didnt mind, i tried to wake you up, but you were sleeping, so i hung up the phone...

i miss the old days when we could talk for hours and always have something to say.

i miss the old days when i would get that feeling before i would call you and everytime you would answer my heart skipped a beat.

I remember i always loved your voice, it was so reassuring that somehow life was gonna be okay in the end.

Most of all i just remember how you were so sweet, and how i cared for you a lot, and how noone has ever been able to fill the space you have left.....

I remember everything, and sometimes i go to bed, just so i can dream of those days, and of you.

i just miss you, and i wanted to let you know, that i remember.....
