Sushi House: The Best Sushi Restaurant in Orlando
Sushi House Orlando
1311 Florida Mall Ave.
Orlando, Florida 32809-7731
(407)812-9767
Sushi House is open for lunch Monday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. and for dinner beginning at 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Sushi House is closed on Sundays. Lunchtime delivery is available.
There are more than 25 sushi restaurants in the Orlando area alone. My favorite sushi restaurant in Orlando is not only
affordable but also has delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere.
Sushi House is located beside the Outback Steakhouse off of Sand Lake Road and Summer Day Lane. The exterior of Sushi House isn't very impressive, but as you enter the glass front doors you will find yourself in warm, neat and visually-interesting surroundings. Sushi House is very authentic in look, feel and flavor. The restaurant is decorated with luminous rice screens, dramatic oriental paintings and a glass case containing a Geisha doll.
You may eat at a table or the bar. The sushi bar is a little too bright for a romantic date, but it's decorated with beautiful red lanterns and it's always fascinating to watch the sushi chefs practice their culinary arts.
The menu at Sushi House features more than 75 items, including endless varieties of sashimi and sushi as well other traditional Japanese dishes. There is also a full wine menu to choose from. The average price for one person can range from $15 to $25. Although you can purchase a la carte from the expansive menu, if you are new to sushi dining or want the best deal you should order a dinner combination. The staff is super friendly. Not only do they make you feel at home, they are also extremely helpful in recommending dishes for those who are new to sushi.
