The Basic Structure of an Earth Style Deck in the Naruto Trading Card Game
Turn 0
Shikamaru Nara (IQ 200+) x2
Sakura (A Sympathy Visit) x2
Ino Yamanaka (Formation) x3
Sasuke Uchiha (Analysis of Competition) x2
Here you both good support and attack ninja. Sakura will allow you to get back valuable cards for each injured ninja you have in play when she is deployed, and Shikamaru can threaten an opponent with his massive mental power at 4 and his ability to change the battle from a regular fight to a mental power battle. Team Shikamaru up with Sakura and you'll have an awesome mental power team in the very early game. Sasuke is just a major force in terms of attack, and Ino can manipulate an opponent's team with ease
Turn 1
Shikamaru Nara (Formation) x1
Sasuke Uchiha (Reason for the Late Arrival) x1
Sakura (Determination) x1
Temari (Analytical Mind) x2
Hinata Hyuga (Ointment) x2
Shikamaru can growth here making him a massive 3 support and the same goes for Sasuke. Sakura Determination can also give 3 support if she injures herself in battle. Temari is here just to provide a lot of support, 3 if she is opposed. Hinata can heal injured Genin as long as she sits on the sidelines during a turn.
Turn 2
Neji Hyuga (Detection By Byakugan) x2
Neji Hyuga (Another Method for Absolute Protection) x1
Neji is here to ensure that your opponent does not have to much chakra and to ensure that they will be taking damage, and you wont! Neji, Detection by Byakugan eliminates your opponents chakra, which is great because most Earth jutsu are cheap costing 1 or 2 chakra while more powerful decks like Fire and Water jutsu cost 2 and 3 chakra, and sometimes more! also when Neji is hit and changed to injured stats he loses no steam remaining at a 3/0.
Turn 3
Ibiki Morino (First Proctor) x3
