The secret of success in a relationship can be vastly disputed. In all relationships the number one factor is trust. The majority of divorces occur because of cheating. Trust isn't just about a cheating spouse, what also must be considered is trust in general. Do you trust your spouse with the children? Do you trust your spouse with finances? The list could go on and on of what you may need to trust your spouse with. In the beginning of a relationship the first question that should go through ones mind is, "Is this person trustworthy?". Of course you may not be able to judge this on a first date, but always keep that question in the back of your mind. If at anytime you that you could not trust this person then the relationship is already doomed. A true test in a relationship is buying a first home. Buying your first home is an emotional roller coaster. It is kind of like finding the perfect mate. First you look for homes that are appealing to you and ones that you can afford. Next you begin the process of getting a mortgage. So when you begin dating you go for looks, then for those who are within your social class. Next you begin dating. The closing on the house is like marriage. You are bound by a contract. The road to love and relationships is a long one. It just takes patients and overall trust.
