Laus De Lumen

The Shade of the Faith leaves soul hard borne

With grim desperation, the mind remains torn

To Walk in the Light for 'all that is Good'

And ever forsake a life that's been earned

Or Hold to what's right, and do what you must

Be depended upon, and break no man's trust

You know they expect you to do as you
 should

The wages of sin, be tortured and burned.

To stand your ground is unfathomable shame

But those same others who would cast you down

In Umbral Darkness, forever defamed

Face similar doom if you take on their crown

The Holiest figure, on throne of the dead,

With echoes of horrors ringing in your head,

The choice yours, to make in their stead

With Darkness or Light, the demon is fed,

the time is at hand for sheep to be led...

Before the Kingdom of God, All Shadows Fled.
