When your bubbler stops working correctly there are a number of things that you can do to get your bubbler to work. If you plug the pump into the outlet and you don't hear anything, you will want to press the reset button on the outlet. If you still do not hear anything you will want to switch to a new outlet to see if the outlet has stopped working or bubbler air pump. If you move to the next outlet and the bubbler doesn't work, then you will want to purchase a new bubbler or air pump. For some reason the bubbler has completely stopped working, which has never happened that I know of.

If you can hear your bubbler working but it isn't producing any air bubbles you will want to disconnect the air stone. Place the tube in a glass of water to see if it's producing any bubbles in the water. If this is the case and you do see bubbles, it means that your air stone is completely clogged. I would recommend boiling the air stone and scrubbing it to see if you can get any of the debris out of the air stone. Once the air stone is clean you will want to put the air line tubing back on the bubbler to see if it produces bubbles. If you still don't see any bubbles you will need to purchase a new air stone.

If you can see that the air pump is working and hear it running you will want to take the air line tube and place it in a glass of water. If you do not see any bubbles coming out of the air line tubing than you have a problem with the air line tubing. Remove the air line tubing and see if you feel air coming out of the air pump in that spot. If there is no air coming out than you need to purchase a new air pump. If you feel air you will want to blow on one end of the air line tube to see if you feel any air. There should be a good amount of air coming out.
