Have you ever thought your spouse might be cheating? Sometimes it starts with a feeling in the pit of your stomach, but you can't seem to pinpoint the reason why. To confront a spouse with no real evidence is not something you want to do, so what is the answer?

There are several signs to look for that can give you the answers you are looking for. The more of these signs that are present, the greater the likelihood you have a cheating spouse.

A sudden change in personal hygiene and appearance. If the husband who used to shower and shave every two or three days starts doing it every day, this could be a sign of cheating. Other signs could be a new brand of cologne or a new hairstyle. If the wife starts getting manicures, wearing make up or coloring her hair suddenly, this could also be a sign.

Wearing new and sexier clothes. If your wife wears flannel gowns and granny panties, and then suddenly she starts building an arsenal of sexy lingerie, this is a big clue...especially if you rarely see her wearing any of it. She's wearing the lace garter and black teddy for somebody. Wives, if your husband stops wearing ragged jeans and flannel shirts and starts dressing like a model from GQ, then something is amiss.

Overtime and meetings. Is your spouse suddenly having to work overtime, unexpected hours, or attend lots of meetings? This is another sign of a cheating spouse...especially if your spouse works at a job that makes if difficult for you to check up on him.

Cell phone obsession. Does your spouse clutch onto his/her cell phone as if it is a matter of life or death? Does your spouse keep it on vibrate so you can't hear it ring? Do you see your spouse test messaging a lot? Does your spouse slip away into another room or outside to make phone calls? Do you have access to your spouse's phone? Are you able to check the messages on it or is a password required? These are all very important questions to ask yourself, because a cell phone is one of the main ways cheaters communicate with one another.
