First of all, let me just add a disclaimer: the following is all meant to be taken tongue in cheek. If you're a fellow stay-at-home mom just print this off the next time someone asks you, "But don't you get bored just sitting around your house all day?"

30 AM Wake-up (If you're really lucky) You hear muffled shouts coming through the baby monitor on your nightstand. The little monsters are awake!

AM Breakfast (for THEM, silly, not you!) You spend thirty minutes trying to convince your toddler that he really wants scrambled eggs for breakfast and not cheese crackers, but you finally give in and let him have it his way (the powder cheese in the middle surely has some protein, right????). Your infant thinks wiping mushed up banana all over his face is a blast, don't you? Wipe off faces, hands, table, and high chair. Do the dishes and check those diapers for any developments.

30 AM Shower (it's a group thing) Plop the little ones down on the bathroom floor with some toys and pray for the best as you hop in the shower for two minutes (any longer and World War III could break out). While you speed clean, your toddler pops his head in from time to time just to make sure you're still there (hmmm...I wonder where exactly he thinks you could possibly have disappeared to?). The crawling infant pulls up onto the bathtub and nearly gets up enough momentum to tumble in after you, but you realize what he's up to just in the nick of time. Maybe if you're lucky you'll have a few minutes to put some makeup on, dry your hair, and get dressed while your kids play peek-a-boo with your dirty pjs that you left on the floor.

00 AM Get ready to go to the grocery store (this involves a little more than grabbing your keys and locking the door) Change diapers, dress kids, make bottles, fill sippy cups, pack snacks, grab your list, put both kids in their car seats, lock the door, and then go to the grocery store.
