Joel Osteen will make an appearance at the Pepsi Center in Denver, Colorado on November 18, 2007.

During his tour through the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, Joel Osteen will stop in Orlando Florida, Baltimore Maryland, Cincinnati Ohio, Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, Birmingham Alabama, Greensboro North Carolina, Memphis Tennessee, Chicago Illinois, Calgary Canada, Dallas Texas, Washington D.C., and Denver Colorado, among many others.

Joel Osteen is an influential pastor at Lakewood Church in Houston Texas. His father, John Osteen, founded Lakewood Church in 1959 and built its membership to 6,000 individuals. He also began televising his services for people to watch worldwide.

By the time Joel's father passed away in 1999, Joel had only preached a sermon once in his life. However, after his father's passing, Joel succeeded his father and became pastor of Lakewood Church. Joel Osteen has built Lakewood's membership immensely. On average, over 47,000 individuals attend services where Joel preaches. Additionally, Joel Osteen's sermons are now broadcast in over 100 countries around the world.

Joel Osteen has also published two books. His first book, Your Best Life Now: 7 Steps to Living Your Full Potential was released in October 2004 and has sold more than 4 million copies.

Become a Better You: 7 Keys to Improving Your Life Every Day became available in October 2007 and focuses more on relationships.

Joel is currently on tour with stops in the United States, Canada, Israel, and England, among others, along the way. "An Evening with Joel Osteen: A Night of Inspiration, Encouragement, and Hope" includes a sermon given by Joel, worship, and music led by Cindy Cruse Ratcliff, Lakewood Church's music director.

He's doing a helluva lot better than most of us! I say, until we can get it together in our own lives we need to stop pointing the finger at Joel Osteens life. I don't really like his sermons; however, I think they are valid and fall within the context of the bible. I like Reverend Charles Stanley instead. He takes everything out of the bible and tells it like it is.
