I need to add a sidebar about the MPRE requirements mentioned in this article. You don't have to take the MPRE before you sit for the Tennessee Bar Exam. However, you do need to take it and submit you scores to the Tennessee Board of Law Examiners beofre you apply for admittance to the Tennessee Bar. Also MPRE scores are only valid for 24 months.
