Yuwie is the newest social networking site, that has everybody chatting up a storm. My space fans and foes alike are joining yuwie, but for very different reasons.

My Space fans who simply love to socialize, chat, meet new people, and redesign their profile pages are now getting something back (besides a spot in someone's top 8) for the time they spend on-line. You see, Yuwie pays them to do what they love to do. That's right, Yuwie pays them to do exactly what they do on MySpace; chat, socialize, send messages etc... A multi-tiered payment system allows all of the users of the site to share in some of the profits it generates.

MySpace foes are migrating to Yuwie, as well. Many people have long had a feeling of angst toward the MySpace "Monopoly." "After all", they say, "it's the users of Myspace that are bringing in all of the money." They wonder about the billion dollar industry that MySpace has become, and express disdain for the "corporate" moguls who have turned MySpace into what they believe is a "virtual sell-out." Many former MySpace fans say they were disillusioned with the site a long time ago. What began as a place for a somewhat rebellious generation of young people, quickly became the newest "in thing to do." "Most of the people I know who were around back when MySpace got it's start, deleted their accounts a long time ago" said one young man.

Many people are glad that a site like Yuwie is giving MySpace some competition. Yuwies philosophy of giving something back to the people that build the site up, and make it what it is, or what it will become, is drawing more and more people happily into it's "web" (space).

Never heard of Yuwie? Well it's a social networking site very similar to myspace, with many of the same features that myspace offers. Yuwie users can blog, post pictures, change their lay-out pages, message and comment friends, post bulletins and start clubs, among other things. The multi-tiered payment system allows users of Yuwie to receive a small commission for every page view, comment, or other action taken on the site.
