I need to provide you with a clarification of the MPRE requirements held by the state of West Virginia. You don't have to take the MPRE before you sit for the West Virginia Bar Exam, however, you do need to take the MPRE and submit your scores within 25 months of applying for admittance to the West Virginia Bar.
