Try Halloween Express for Costumes, Accessories, Props, & Special Effects
Halloween Express is the best Halloween store I have ever been to. I really didn't know what to expect when I walked in. I was amazed at the store set-up and the amount and variety of merchandise they offered.
They carry an extensive line of adult, kids, children's, plus size, sexy, pirate, group and couple, holiday, funny, religious, medieval, renaissance, and super hero Halloween costumes. They also carry costume hats, costume wigs, masks, costume
makeup kits, Halloween decorations and haunted house props. They even have pet costumes!
Halloween Express had several life size props stationed close to the front door and the front windows. 'Freddy Kruger' from the movie "Nightmare On Elm Street" was very scary and realistic looking sporting sharp blades on one hand and wearing his traditional striped sweater. Freddy was also spouting off his favorite lines from his movies. He could be purchased for around $800. 'Lurch' from the TV show "Adams Family" was holding a Serving Platter ready to wait on you hand and foot. His price was around $200.
The range of costumes, masks, wigs, and accessories was quite extensive. Masks lined the walls on one side of the store. I recognized a lot of them. There were many familiar faces such as George Bush, Bill Clinton, and Stewie on Family Guy. There were a lot of scary masks such as It, Chucky, Scream, and aliens. Costumes were set up in all areas of the store. Kids, scary, and adult costumes were all separated . Some of the adult costumes were really funny. The prices were very reasonable too. Costumes started out as low as $19.99.
Pirate costumes and accessories were one of my favorite things at Halloween Express. You could find any costume from the movie, "Pirates of the Caribbean" that you wanted. Or if you wanted to decorate your porch in true pirate fashion, they had everything from skulls and crossbones to Pirate skeletons in cages.
