Workers today in the work place seem to be less shy of wearing their emotions on their sleeves in comparison to a decade ago. What seems to be the underlining problem? High management turnover rate, downsizing and outsourcing of jobs to other countries around the world contributes to the high rate of office rage in the work place. Workers who have less power in the work place experience office rage on a higher scale than those with a higher power.

* 80% of workers are not happy with their job, thus feeling stressed out in relation to their specific job they hold.

* 23% of workers have been driven to tears by other co-workers caused by bullying, provocation, manipulation, harassment and gossip in the work place.
