So, here we are getting started on the 2008 campaign trail and have a Clinton in the lead again. For all the disdain for the Clintons and Bushes we just can't keep from electing them. Hillary seems like the one to beat and will probably be the next president, maybe everyone just wants to see what Bill would be like as first lady. It's not like she isn't being taken on, Rudy Guliani is really the only hope for the Republicans and he is busy arguing with the former First Lady of Arkansas about who is more of a New Yorker. John McCain is like Jason from Friday the 13th, nothing really new to say but keeps coming back over and over. Mitt Romney seems like a pretty straight guy but he is too far back already, good chance at Vice Presidential candidate though.

Obama has been running for Vice President since the start, coming into the Clinton dynasty is a good thing. The Clintons will probably throw him to the Nobel prizes as they did Gore. So let's just hypothesize that Hillary wins '08 and we are at the 2012 election, will the Clintons be strong enough to keep Jeb Bush on deck until 2016? Will Jeb be the redemption for his father's one term ended by the Clintons? Or will they let Hillary run against John McCain again and keep Jeb ready to make the move?

Jeb Bush had better get it together quick though, because Chelsea Clinton and Jenna and Barbara Bush will all be of age to run. If Jeb doesn't make it to President before the girls then he will become the outcast ex-Governor of Florida. He could become the Billy Carter kind of brother left to drink his disappointments away at some marina in the Keys. In the meanwhile Jenna and Barbara will fight over who gets to go before and after Chelsea. Just a humorous thought about how we have had the same families in the White House for almost 20 years. Almost 30 if you count George the first's time as Vice President.

Ihope that Hillary makes it. She sure has worked her butt off to win the position.Let's see what a woman will do that their counterparts were unable or too spineless to attempt.

Great food for thought! It will take the Clinton's (Bill and Hillary) to come in and restore the face of our nation.
