In the most horrendous tyrannical act that has ever been perpetrated by the government of the United States against the people of the United States, the 16th Amendment, was fraudulently declared ratified in order to give the government the unconstitutional power to tax the wages and salaries of working Americans. In 1984, a man named Bill Benson, a former investigator with the Illinois Department of Revenue, set out to find the evidence that would prove, once and for all, if the 16th Amendment was ever Constitutionally ratified. After a year of extensive research, Bill Benson discovered that the 16th Amendment was not ratified by the required 3/4 of the states, but nevertheless the Secretary of State, the scumbag Philander Knox, fraudulently announced ratification. Text of the 16th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America:

"The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration."

In August, 1984, Bill Benson traveled to Washington, D.C. to research the historical records in the National Archives. After several days of pursuing fruitless leads, he finally found a book that contained all federal records which had been prepared during the process of amending the Constitution by the 16th Amendment. This proved to be an exceptional discovery because those documents revealed that the scumbag Philander Knox, the Secretary of State in 1913, was fully aware that the amendment had not been ratified. After making this important discovery, Bill Benson decided it was essential that he also study the records of all other states that the federal government claimed had ratified the amendment.
