My fmaily is renting from Lambros now. We knew they were going to be bad, but didn't know how bad. We are charged for everything from light bulbs to rekeying the front door because someone broke in. It wasn't out fault, but we had to pay for it. Our bathtub leaks, and has been patched, but not really fixed. We have a bad mold problem downstairs now. We were told we couldn't change any of the lights because the fixtures are old and we might break them. They charged us $40.00 to change 1 bulb!!!!!!! We did get new carpet, but that is because we asked the owner, not Lambros to do it. We know we are not going to get out deposit back, they are already setting the stage for that one. The walk throughs are a joke. I have been sighted for having pop cans on my bedside table. What in the hell does that have to do with damaging the house? Damage that was not fixed when we moved in is beginning to apear on our walk through damage list. We have contacted Montprig for help, have not

I agree with the comments above. NEVER RECOMMEND LAMBROS! They are sooo evil! I lived in a run down, overpriced house (Leaks, mold, you name it) for 1 year and when I moved out, they charged me to remodel the place claiming that I did the damage! They tried to charge me over 3 grand!!! By the way, I am a perfect tenant and have never had any issues before and never destroyed anything..they just use younger tenants to make it so they can remodel and charge someone for it!

The same thing happened to me! We were in our apartment for LESS THAN THREE MONTHS and not only are they charging for cleaning, they billed us for all new light bulbs, fire alarm batteries, etc! DO NOT USE LAMBROS PROPERT MANAGEMENT unless you don't mind losing your deposit and being charged for more!!!
