These chips come in a brown bag that does not have much decoration. This actually does set them apart from other potato chips. There are picutres of the chips on the bag in the light brown area where it says "Kettle Brand Krinkle Cut Chips." There is a brown section on the bottom of the bag that states, "Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper: The Yin Yang of spice."
The back has the same designs, but it contains the promises, ingredients, nutrition facts, and guarantee.
What the product promises:
There are many promises on these chips. They are all stated on the back of the bag. They are as follows:
"In the darkness, there is light. In light, dark. Yes, we thought to ourselves, but how do we apply this to chips? Deep and crunchy Krinkle Cut ridges hold the beginning and the end of all spices - sharp, spicy pepper intermingled with light sea salt to create, yes, the perfect yin yang."
"Fresh Russet Potatoes: Arrives fresh daily from the farm, only the best Russet potatoes are selected for our chips. It's the Russet that's responsible for our unique rich floavr and disginctive amber chips color."
"Trans Fat Free Since Day One: We recognized the health benefits of trans fat free foods more than 20 years ago. Our potato chips have always been hand cooked with non-hydrogenated safflower and sunflower oils."
"No Stuff: No trans fats, no MSG, no artificial watchamacallits. Who needs it when our obsession for potato perfection results in award winning chips, naturally. Then we tuse pure, light safflower and sunflower oil for that transcendent crunch without any of the bad stuff. Chips you'll still respect in the morning."
