DVD Photo Slideshow software by Anvsoft, created for creating photo and video slide shows on DVD is the best that I have encountered. The price of the software is $59.99 without a backup disc, and $69.99 for the price of a backup disc sent in the mail. Add on the cost of recordable DVDs and the price becomes a downside, although, if you can offset the price with usage of the product and compared it to the price of scrapbooking supplies, than one could deem this a sensational bargain!A trial of the product comes without cost, but you are only able to create slideshows that have a maximum of thirty-six pictures. With full licensing, you are able to create multiple albums on one disc. After purchasing, I know that I for one will get my money's worth.
Available for additional download are over a hundred menu templates, all themed and exciting to look at - and each one has something different about it. This feature is free, and you can download the add-on after you have downloaded the product, and the templates will be available for use immediately after.
The price is steep, but to create precious memories, it could be the next generation of scrapbook - this digital scrapbook is going to be very popular.
My favorite feature about the software is the ability to insert music into the slideshow, and the ability to trim the music to the part that you would like to insert with the slide show.
Ease of use is a ten out of ten, with one-step burning to the DVD and a systematic process from adding the pictures; to creating the credits this creates, a user-friendly product and a child could create a great show from this software.
There are three main tabs in the program and four tabs thereafter - on the top, you will see organize pictures, choose menus, and burn disc. Within these tabs are the options that are given and it is as easy as one button to insert the music of your choice, or a new photo - or to change the way that the photo transitions. On the right hand, side of the menu's are the transition information and you can set the timing to your choice.
