How would you like to give your MySpace visitors the ability to send you a voicemail message to your cell phone without giving them your cell phone number, without having to pay for this service, and without them having to use an actual phone to do it? Today I'm going to walk you through the steps of signing up for a free voicemail widget account, and then getting the code to install it in your profile. This voicemail widget is completely customizable, and if you wish to delete it at any time, you may do so by simply removing the code from your profile page. RockYou.com is the website that provides this awesome free service, and although its a very secure site, you should take precautions yourself and perhaps only allow your friends to be able to use this widget by changing the privacy settings for your MySpace page. I hope you enjoy this great FREEBIE!

Instructions:

1. Open up an internet browser.
Note: There is no specific browser required to get this widget.

2. Type http://www.rockyou.com into the URL search box at the top of your browser.
Note: If you cannot get to this page using that address, visit Google.com, type in RockYou in the search box and select on the first listing that comes up.

3. Once you are on the RockYou.com homepage, scroll down almost to the bottom of the page, and click on the "Voicemail" box that appears above the right hand side ad.

4. Now you have gotten to the Voicemail page, and you can see various skins available to you; go ahead and chose the one that most appeals to you.

5. The next thing you will need to do is enter a valid email address into the box available to you, and then select "Create/Login."

6. Once you've done that, you will be prompted to insert a password that you wish to use with your FREE voicemail account. You will also have to review their Terms of service and agree to it by checking the box available.

7. Once you've agreed to their TOS, fill in your birth year, gender, country, and zip code.

Another free Internet voicemail box I found is VoiceMeMe(http://www.voicememe.com/). It's a virtual voicemail box that I can place it anywhere, including myspace. All the voicemails are delivered to my email box which is the only thing I need to provide for using the service. the widget is at http://www.widgetbox.com/widget/voicememe
