Back again, I used all methods and most dye is gone. I used a clean washrag and scrubbed with toothpaste, rinsed. Then coffee, rinsed. Then lemon, baking soda & dish detergent. Thanks, (^.^)

I have a interview tomorrow and the dye got on my forehead. I just washing my forehead with dishsoap and some baking soda. The dye stain are gone about 70% but I think I need to apply the mixture one more time later today. Thanks for your suggestions.
I have to try this because I dyed my hair purple, and while washing it out, I dyed my whole body in the process. Hopefully this works.
Therese: Be careful using nail polish remover on your face - especially near the eyes. I can't recommend it because it is harsh and could cause skin irritation for some. I'm happy this information has helped many people!
