What They Claim
The Capital Grille is not named such just because they have uppercase letters in their restaurant's name. It is named so rather because of the superior, or capital, cuisine that this restaurant serves its many hungry, and eager, customers. Every entrée on the menu here is guaranteed to be the freshest possible, and this is insured by the daily shipments of seafood The Capital Grille receives.
One is sure not to be disappointed with their meal here, but just for insurance sake, if one was unsure of what exactly to order, they should try the critic renowned dry aged steaks. A decision to dine at The Capital Grill is a decision for excellence.
Not to let the cuisine outdo the setting, only the absolute best has been chosen as the décor for The Capital Grill. Absolutely everything, from the pictures to the tables and chairs, are perfectly in place, and in doing so it seems that a dimension of tastiness is added to one's meal. The wait staff, for sure, is there to please and serve, and one will definitely feel like royalty upon leaving The Capital Grille.
What We Say
The cuisine here is absolutely excellent as far as taste goes. The Capital Grille does follow many by-the-book recipes on its menu, so the diversity dimension of one's meal is virtually no existent. If variety is something that one is looking for in their meal, than this restaurant will disappoint slightly, but the delicious tastes that one will experience are sure to make up for it.
The dry aged steaks are, by far and away, the "capital" entrée choice here, and others are sure to agree as each juicy piece enters into their mouth. A meal finished off by the mouth-watering key lime pie just about wraps up a perfect meal at The Capital Grille.
