When you first graduate college, all you can think about is getting your first real job and the big fat paychecks that will come with it. You go on an endless amount of interviews and go through a seemingly endless number of rejections and the "you were so close but we decided to go with someone who was just a little better fit" excuse. Trust me, you have heard it all and just want to hear "you're hired". Well what do you do when those most important two little words come over the other end of the phone one unexpected day? If you are like most people who have been turned down several times, it takes a moment to realize that your dreams have just come true. You think that life cannot get any better, but then the phone rings again and you get another job offer. You cannot believe your luck. You struggled so long to get your first job and you end up with two job offers. Which one do you choose? You need to consider several different factors that pertain to each job such as pay, benefits, stability, and room for advancement and then make your decision based on those factors that add up to the best deal for you.
