Fashionistas love clothing, and lots of clothing. However, ask any fashion lover and they will tell you that although they love having lots of clothes, saving money on them is even better. However, what you may not know is that, just by stocking your closet with clothing essentials, pieces that can be interjected into virtually any outfit, you can save money on your wardrobe. Adding clothing essentials to you closet will not only save you money, but it will widen your wardrobe variety, allowing you to fully utilize all of your wardrobe pieces to their full potential, and the best part is, many of these essentials won't even cost you that much money. The first two articles in this series mentioned the first five wardrobe essentials. This article will tell you about casual wardrobe essentials 6-8.

Wardrobe Essential #6: The Perfect Tee

Having a great-fitting T-shirt is a necessity for any well-rounded wardrobe. Not only will it look great as part of your favorite casual outfit, it can also be put under a suit jacket or blazer for a different look. For the ultimate fashion-forward look, your tee should be form fitting, but not tight, and a bit long, with a hem that hits at the hips, and it should have a slouchy, but not sloppy look. Every fashionista should have a few nicely fitting tees in white, but adding a bit of color (your choice) is always a great way to add variety. Having a few of these tees in your wardrobe will be a welcome addition, since you'll make a lot of use of them.

#7 and 8 and more contemporary contributions to fashion and aren't really that essential. In fact I think number 8, a hot pair of jeans, has become a crutch in too many of a fashionistas closet. Too many women think that a hot pair of jeans is essential, but only if you're like 18 to 25 years of age. Too many have hundreds of pairs of jeans in the closet but aren't true representatives of classic fashion, and along with the jeans comes the pumps and the high heeled stilettos, and so on and so forth. Not every women has it to pull off the sweats either, in fact your average girl doesn't these days, and there are only certain situations you really want to see them in.
