I have been listening to the call in radio talk shows from the fans over the last two years. I have never heard a more demeaning low class bunch of so called fans in my life. They make statements like they want what is best for the school and the program. They are tired of mediocrity of the football program and the want Houston Nutt gone.

These in my opinion are not fans, they are part of today's congregation of "what have you done for me lately, we want to win now" type of fan base. True fans are with a team and coach win, loose, or draw for the duration. I believe these type of fans are first probably not originally from Arkansas, if they are they are of the younger generation and do not know what it means to be a true fan. They have no loyalty. I have been a razorback fan since 1964 I have been with them from the lowest points to the highest.

I do not believe Arkansas can win a national championship in today's era, we just do not have the overall talent. I believe they will be a 7-10 win a season team and will win a portion of the bowls we go to. That is just the way it is. So called fans that want more are fine, but when it comes to bashing the coach and some of the players for the way the games turn out, these are not true fans at all. Any given weekend one team can beat another; sometimes the teams they play are just more talented.
Sometimes bad things such as interceptions or fumbles happen. The "luck of the Irish" does not always fall on the home team. Look at Stanford against USC this year for example.
