Ok for you people that don't like to write books, you can hire a ghost writer. There are many ghost writers on the Internet that write for less than a penny a word. For those that like to write, you can write your own and save a little money. But either option you choose, you can get an ISBN and sell your books on Amazon.com, at your local book stores, community colleges and wherever you self-publish online. You can even sell them on eBay. Books should be twenty to forty pages for maximum selling. You can read my other article on eBooks for how to make a passive income off of them.

INFORMATION

Information does sell. How to ___________. People love the "How To" topics. Can you change a faucet? Can you make cooking easier? How do you make house work a snap? Think of the things that you can do. Think of how to tell someone in a step by step fashion. You'll be amazed at how long the list can become.

POETRY

People love to read poetry. If you have a collection of poetry, you have one, two or even more instant eBooks. The material is already written for you.

PHOTO BOOK

A photo book is for all of you photography hobby people. Pick up the digital camera. Select a theme such as your yard. Take a snap shot. Clean it up. On one page put the photo. On the opposite page put a blurb about the photo. This can be a line of poetry, a description, or why it is an interesting photo.

FAMILY RECIPES

If your family cooks and shares recipes you are sitting on a gold mine. People love new ways to make the same old food. Do you have a spin in making spaghetti sauce or even chili? What are some crazy drinks you've tried? Throw these all into a book and you'll be amazed at how quickly they will sell. If there are a lot of them, do several books based on the type of recipes such as kids, salads, poultry, pasta and so forth.

These are some simple eBook ideas that virtually anyone can do. You can earn a nice passive income with little work and little investment. Enjoy!

eBooks are great - there are so many out there but an open market remains, craving more.

I've started many e-books (in my head lol). I never got far, but your suggestions are helpful and gave me inspiration to possibly write one in the future.
