I love the battery-operated candles and included them in an article here highlighting gifts for those in the hospital. They don't pose a risk to those on oxygen (at least, most don't). They are also excellent as back-ups when the power fails, not strong lighting but well enough to see in the dark well enough to get to whatever you need in a power outage :) No danger of pets tipping them over and starting a fire, either. Great article!
