Clarence here, spent most of the past week sitting at a Flying J, on hwy 40 near Russellville Arkansas. Waiting for the Rainbow Gathering to breakup near Fallsville AR, in the Ozark National Forest. Still looking for Trader Bob, I've been told to watch for an old Ford school bus, about mid 60's vintage.

That's all the description I could get, this may take a bit of searching as rumor has it there'll be somewhere near 10,000 people to search through as this shindig breaks up. I've been told he'll be heading east on 40 when he leaves.

Making good use of my time and these high class facilities. My laundry is all clean, as is my body. Truck stops are the best place to hang out for a while. The secret though is to not stay put in one spot. As soon as it looks like you've put down roots, you'll get a visit from the local law enforcement.

No problem hanging out for a few hours, to cleanup, eat a good meal, in general patronize the place. If your inside spending money their happy. After a day or two, maybe three, you better find someplace to take up your day time hours. With my stealth home, it's no problem to go into town and rotate between a handful of home center parking lots or even grocery store lots.

Making use of my quiet time, I knocked out scads of articles. The check book looks good for the next month or so. But now it's time to watch for the hoards to come through as the Gathering of the Family winds down, and Trader Bob heads east.

The first group pulled into the Flying J about mid afternoon, I didn't have to ask more then a half dozen people before I found someone who knew about Trader Bob. He said to watch for a really wild psychedelic painted bus, mostly blue, with his name across the front. He'll be easy to pick out as he has a deck on top of the bus with cast iron park benches permanently attached around the perimeter. They said he was folding up camp when they left and should be an hour or so behind them.
