In today's world more and more people are choosing to work at home. New opportunities are arising where people can choose work at home jobs instead of commuting to work on a daily basis. Being your own boss and having independence are the two of the major advantages to working from home. You don't have to physically report to a boss everyday like in the traditional work world. You have the independence to more or less set your own hours. If you have to go the doctor you don't have to worry about asking your boss for permission. More freedom to do the things that you need to get done is a major plus for most people. You also save money on commuting to work everyday. With the rising cost of gas prices this is a definite advantage. And if you have a family or children you have more time to spend with them if you can manage your time productively. You can take your children to the park or do other enjoyable activities with them and be a much more involved parent. It is hard to find quality time with children when you work so many hours, so working at home is the perfect solution to spending more time with your family.
