The Thanksgiving Open House at Oasis Winery in Hume runs from Saturday, November 17 through Wednesday, November 28, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. One of the oldest and largest wineries in Virginia, Oasis has been rated in the Top Ten of the world's wineries. Theirs wines and champagnes have won awards for years, and the grounds have been expanded recently. There will be wine specials during the Open House, and you can enjoy a tasting to find your favorite Oasis wine, and then take a glass out to the heated patio and enjoy the breathtaking views.

Don't feel like cooking Thanksgiving dinner for the whole family again this year? The Manor House Restaurant Thanksgiving Feast at Poplar Springs Inn in Casanova is from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Thursday, November 22. Reservations are required for this delicious, traditonal three-course a la carte menu. The Dine in comfort and luxury in the beautiful Manor House restaurant with its huge but cozy fireplaces and immense stone walls, overlooking the beautiful grounds. Large parties are welcome.
