Jason Natural Cosmetics Hyper-C Serum, Anti-Aging Treatment: Review

I am in my early 50's, and as such I have started to get those nagging laugh lines around my eyes, and even a few on my upper lip. The result of too many years worshipping the sun when I was younger. Now it's time to remedy some of the damage, but with all the different anti-aging products on the market today, finding one that is both affordable and that does what it claims can be a daunting task.

I like all natural products when I can find ones that work, and I've tried and liked other cosmetics made by Jason Natural Cosmetics in the past. When this anti-aging product was on sale at my grocery store (in the health food section), for around $20, it was worth trying.

Description

The product comes in a small one ounce container, with an eye dropper applicator. If you are used to a cream or lotion, the texture of this can take some getting used to. It's a clear gel like consistency, and it's quite thick, and even a little bit sticky. I would compare it to an aloe vera gel as far as it's texture goes.

Unlike some anti-aging products that are water based, this serum is oil based, to give it more moisturizing power that is also longer lasting.

Using This Product

It only takes a small dime sized dollop of Jason Hyper-C Serum to moisturize your entire face. The instructions say to apply it to the face and neck with long upward strokes. It is appropriate for either morning use, evening use, or even twice a day if you desire.

Jason Natural Cosmetics claims that this contains 10% of Ester C, a potent and concentrated form of Vitamin C, which is an antioxidant that will help fight the environmental stresses of free radicals. Other antioxidants in this formula are Vitamin E, Green Tea extracts, and Grape Seed complex.
